Salad flavoured crisps? Yes, really! A few new flavours have popped up at Asda this week, but it’s these Extra Special Caprese Flavour Hand Cooked Crisps that we’re most excited to try. Inspired by the summery salad made from buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, this savoury treat is perfect for snacking on in the sunshine. You can munch through a serving for 214 calories – and we’re betting they’ll go down a treat with some homemade Hummus-Style Dip!

There’s something about the fresh flavours in a Caprese salad that reminds us of holidays. We’ve baked slices of mozzarella and tomato into a juicy chicken breast to make this easy-peasy Caprese Baked Chicken – and it’s perfect for eating in the garden all summer long.

On a silver baking tray, 3 Caprese Baked Chicken breasts are ready to be served. A metal spatula is next to the tray, and one mozzarella and tomato stuffed chicken breast has been served on a white dinner plate with some green beans.

Each can is less than 150 calories, and if the fruity raspberry version isn’t your bag, there’s a fragrant elderflower one on the shelves too. Crack one open and enjoy the fizzy, refreshing flavour the next time the sun’s shining.

If you’re planning on entertaining guests anytime soon, a jug of Pink Sangria will kick off the celebrations in style. It’s made from rosé wine mixed with Peach Schnapps, topped up with sparkling water and infused with fresh fruit. A pitcher will serve 8, at just 109 calories a glass.

Yorkie Milk Chocolate Desserts featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (92 calories per pot)

We’ve got good news for anyone who can’t make it through the week without an indulgent, chocolatey treat (that’s us then…)! These Yorkie Milk Chocolate Desserts are new at Iceland, and they’re every bit as delicious and decadent as they sound.

Despite being just 92 calories per pot, the smooth, creamy puddings don’t taste slimming friendly one bit. Grab a spoon and treat yourself after dinner, or pop one in your packed lunch to see you through the afternoon!

Did someone say chocolate? The easiest and tastiest way to satisfy your cravings has to be a batch of our Chocolate Brownies. They’re out of the oven in well under 20 minutes, leaving you with squidgy squares of heaven, that are just 59 calories each.

A board of Pinch of Nom's best-ever chocolate brownies is set on a white countertop. The low-calorie chocolate chip brownies are cut into small squares, with four different-coloured serving plates set next to the board. A brownie is in the centre of each of the four plates, two of them are laid with forks, ready to dig in.

Yorkie Milk Chocolate Desserts are available from Iceland, priced at £2.50 for a pack of 4.

Protein will keep you feeling fuller for longer, so it makes a great addition to your morning meal. Low in fat, and just 125 calories per carton, serve this latte straight from the fridge as an ice cold beverage that you can drink on the go.

If you only get out of bed for the first coffee of the day, we have a sneaky suspicion that you’ll love our new Raspberry Mocha Granola Pots. We’re talking layers of crunchy homemade granola, chocolatey yoghurt and juicy raspberries, with a hint of coffee thrown in for good measure.

Two glasses of Pinch of Nom's Raspberry Mocha Granola pots are served, topped with a swirl of cream, raspberries and a drizzle Sweet Freedom Choc Shot. Extra granola waits to the side to be sprinkled on top.

Arctic Iced Coffee Hi Protein Caramel Latte is available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £1.15.

The Grill Guys British Beef Smashed Burgers – 290 calories per 100g (cooked)

The Grill Guys British Beef Smashed Burgers featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (290 calories per 100g cooked)

Smash burgers are having a moment right now! The trendy patties have been popping up at restaurants and on takeaway menus – they’re thinner than your average beef burger, which means they get crispier when they’re cooked.

Aldi has had a go at making their own version, stocking the shelves with these The Grill Guys British Beef Smashed Burgers. With bone marrow butter for added richness, these are a real treat, especially if you’re firing up the BBQ over the weekend.

Bang one in a burger bun and add a side of crispy Sweet Potato Fries. They make a nice change from your usual chips, and they’re tastier (and healthier) than a fast food version!

Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Sweet Potato Fries are served in a takeaway-style basket, lined with blue and white chequered paper. The crispy fries are piled inside the basket, and a few have spilled out onto the table, where a pot of tomato ketchup is waiting to be dipped!

The Grill Guys British Beef Smashed Burgers are available from Aldi, priced at £2.49 for a pack of 4 (but they’re currently on offer for £1.99!)

Sainsbury’s Millionaire’s Ice Cream Bars – 147 calories per choc ice

Sainsbury's Millionaire’s Ice Cream Bars featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (147 calories per choc ice)

We’re working on the theory that if we stock the freezer with icy treats, we’ll have a scorcher of a summer…right? Whatever the weather, these Sainsbury’s Millionaire’s Ice Cream Bars look too good to miss.

A step up from the bog standard chocolate-covered ice cream we had as kids, these have a centre of smooth vanilla ice cream with a rich layer of caramel sauce. Even the milk chocolate coating is fancy – it’s loaded up with crunchy biscuit pieces for extra texture.

We love a frozen treat with a crunchy topping, so it’s no surprise that we always have a tub of Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Yoghurt in our freezer. Crumbled biscuits are sprinkled all over the top to give every creamy spoonful the most delightful crunch!

Pinch of Nom's Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Yoghurt is served on a colourful striped tabletop in a blue and white serving dish. It's topped with strawberry puree and crushed biscuits. An ice cream scoop waits to the side to dig in.

Sainsbury’s Millionaire’s Ice Cream Bars are available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £2.50 for a pack of 4.
